We are a family-run, owner-led electrical contractor based in Battle, East Sussex.
Most of our work is commercial, including electrical testing, lighting upgrades, power distribution, electric heating, data cabling and full electrical installations for offices, schools, academies, colleges, universities, churches and industrial sites.
On the domestic side, we focus on full house rewires, major renovations and high-end builds rather than small repairs, single socket changes or general domestic call-outs.

Electrical contractors based in East Sussex
We are based in Battle and work across East Sussex, Kent, West Sussex, Surrey and the wider South East.
Our regular coverage includes areas such as Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, Worthing and Maidstone, and we travel into London for the right commercial project.
Our services cover everything from EICRs, inspection and testing and LED lighting upgrades through to larger commercial electrical installations, main panels and power distribution.
We work on one-day testing projects as well as larger installations running over several weeks or months.

We have been carrying out electrical work across the South East since 2008. Over that time, we have built long-term relationships with clients who bring us back to the same buildings for testing, upgrades and new projects.
That continuity matters. When we return to a building we have worked in before, we often already know the distribution, previous alterations and how the site operates.
We also keep clear records and certification, so if you need information about work carried out several years earlier, our team can help you find the relevant records.
The buildings we work in most often include offices, schools and education sites, churches and places of worship and industrial sites.

From the initial site visit through to quotation, installation and handover, you can speak directly to someone in our team who knows the project.
Our engineers have all been with us for at least two years, which means clients are more likely to see the same people returning to their buildings.
We also have an office team available during working hours, so when our engineers are on site there is still someone here to answer your call and help move a project forward.
Clear quotations, testing and certification
We believe clients should understand what they are paying for and what happens next.
Before larger projects, we survey the building and look at the existing installation so the quotation reflects the work that is actually needed. If we identify something that has not been included in the original request, we explain it before the work starts wherever possible.
The same applies to testing. Our EICR reports explain what has been found, what needs attention and what can be planned for later rather than simply providing a list of codes without context.
At the end of an installation, we test and certify the work and provide the relevant documentation and records at handover.
We are not trying to compete on the lowest price. Our focus is on giving clients a clear scope, carrying out the work to the required standards and leaving them with an installation they can understand and manage.
Professional on site
Our engineers arrive in marked vehicles and branded workwear, with the equipment and PPE required for the site.
We are used to working in occupied offices, schools, colleges, universities, churches, industrial sites and private homes, where the way the work is managed matters as much as the electrical installation itself.
We keep working areas organised, plan access and isolations in advance and leave rooms ready for the people who need to use them next.
Working alongside OBAV
For audio visual projects, we collaborate with our sister company, OBAV.
OBAV provides audio, visual and related systems, while we handle the electrical infrastructure, power, lighting, containment and data cabling needed around them.
On larger projects, this means the electrical and audio visual requirements can be planned together from the start rather than being treated as separate installations later.

We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor and SafeContractor accredited. Our engineers are DBS checked and we have been trading since 2008.
These accreditations support the work we carry out for commercial clients, main contractors, education sites and other organisations that need clear health and safety, safeguarding and electrical compliance procedures in place before work starts.
Our electrical installations and testing are carried out to the relevant standards, including BS 7671

Will the same team deal with the survey and the work?
Wherever possible, yes.
We keep the project within the same team from the initial survey through to installation and handover, so you are not repeatedly explaining the job to different people.
We have a team of experienced engineers and wherever possible you will deal with the same people throughout the work.
What accreditations do you hold?
We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor and SafeContractor accredited, and our engineers are DBS checked.
This supports the commercial, education and public-facing work we carry out across the South East.
Do you work for main contractors and respond to tenders?
Yes.
We work directly for clients as well as main contractors, consultants, builders and other project teams.
We are used to working from drawings, specifications, tender documents and fixed programmes, including education and larger commercial projects.
Where audio visual work is also required, we can work alongside our sister company, OBAV.
