Lake Electrical Limited works as high-end residential electricians across East Sussex and the South East, and carried out the complete electrical installation for a full refurbishment of a substantial private residence and its outbuildings in Battle.
The project covered the renovation of the main house alongside several ancillary buildings, and needed a full electrical design capable of supporting modern smart home systems, architectural lighting and leisure facilities. Working closely with the client and the project team, we delivered a full rewire and infrastructure upgrade so the property’s electrical systems were safe, robust and able to support a modern luxury home.
Complete rewire and electrical infrastructure
The refurbishment included a full electrical rewire of the main house and the outbuildings, replacing outdated wiring and distribution with a modern installation designed for reliability and future expansion.

Feature and architectural lighting was installed throughout the property, picking out the interior while keeping the installation itself clean and discreet.
Smart home infrastructure for Control4
The electrical installation was designed to support a Control4 home automation system, allowing integrated control of lighting, audio-visual systems and other smart technologies.
We installed the power, containment and infrastructure needed for the centralised system and its associated equipment, so it runs reliably across the whole property.
